Rachel Pittenger

Rachel Pittenger started their career in 2009 as an Implementation and Integration Project Manager for the State of Colorado, where they led a team to successfully integrate technical and data systems. Rachel also implemented new application screening and a rules engine to improve efficiency. In 2013, they joined OppenheimerFunds as the Manager of Project and Program Execution, overseeing organizational change management and resourcing for engineering and data teams. In 2019, they became a Senior Technical Project Manager at Dev IQ, where they led multiple projects focused on Automated Intelligence, Machine Learning, IoT, and Application Development. Currently, they are the Director of Project and Change Management at Spire, leading a team to deliver satellite builds and data products while implementing new processes and driving change management.

Rachel Pittenger has a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree in Emergency Management and Homeland Security from the University of Colorado Denver. Rachel also has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in International Business from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business. In addition, they hold a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Furthermore, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2020.
