Shellie Sturmer

Shellie Sturmer, SPHR, currently serves as the Global Head of People Partners at Spire, a position held since November 2022. With extensive HR experience, Shellie previously led global HR initiatives at Amazon for nearly a decade, focusing on employee support, strategies for organizational growth, and the enhancement of HR services. Prior roles included Director of Client Services at Cielo, where Shellie excelled in talent acquisition strategy, and Senior Manager of Talent Sourcing at Kohler Co., providing strategic direction for recruitment processes. Shellie's career began at Accenture, progressing through various HR roles, including a notable assignment in India. Additionally, Shellie contributed to leadership development with Delta Zeta Sorority and holds a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Eureka College.
