Phyllis Lockwood

Phyllis Lockwood's work experience includes a role as a Retired individual at Enjoying Life since 2015. Prior to retirement, they served as the Senior Director of HR at Spirent Communications, Inc. from 2008. In this position, they played a key role in achieving business initiatives and was responsible for employee relations, performance management, training, recruitment, retention, and workforce planning for North America. Phyllis also provided generalist HR experience and guidance as the HR Practice Leader at Kyowa Pharmaceutical, Inc. from 2004 to 2008, where they directed the integration and transition activities of merging three companies. Before that, they served as the VP of Human Resources at Ciena Corporation (formerly Internet Photonics) from 2001 to 2004, where they oversaw all HR activities including staffing, benefits, payroll, and performance management. From 2000 to 2001, Phyllis was the VP of Human Resources at IFF, responsible for consolidating practices among US locations and leading the corporate transformation of the organization. Phyllis also held the role of Director of HR at Madge Networks from 1995 to 1999, where they led the HR activities for the US division of the company.

Phyllis Lockwood has pursued studies in Human Resource Management at Thomas Edison State University.
