Tom Organ

Tom Organ has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tom started their career as a Parliamentary Research Assistant at the Houses of Parliament in 2006. From there, they worked as a Public Relations Support Officer at the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary in 2007. In 2008, Tom joined Leonardo and participated in their Business Graduate Programme for two years. Tom then worked as a Campaigns Officer and later as a Strategy Analyst at Leonardo. In 2014, they joined NHIndustries as a Contract Manager, a role they held until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Tom worked as a Head Bid Writer at Serco. Currently, they are serving as a Sales Enablement Lead at Spirent Communications, a position they have held since 2019.

Tom Organ received a Bachelor's Degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton between 2003 to 2006.
