Michael Hoffman

Michael Hoffman has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles. Michael started their career as a Regional Manager at Saul's Engineers in 1996 and later became a Senior Account Manager at Transamerica in 1998. In 2001, they joined McGladrey as a Sales Manager and eventually became the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sales Manager. From 2004 to 2008, they served as the Vice President at SBC Agency, Inc. In 2008, they joined ADP as a Sales Director and later became the Vice President of Sales. During their time at ADP, they achieved notable accomplishments such as leading their team to #1 division rank and generating $11 million in revenue. In 2012, they joined PropelHR as the Vice President of Sales and then moved to Spireon in 2013, where they held various roles including Sales Director, Enterprise Sales Director, and Strategic Sales Director.

Michael Hoffman attended New Mexico State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing / PGM Program.
