Pieter De Leenheer

Pieter De Leenheer serves as the Chief Technology Officer at 1upHealth, Inc. and holds a position as a Board Member at Spirion since December 2022. As an investor, Pieter has been involved with FeatureByte and Intangia since March and February 2022, respectively. Pieter is the Founder and Chief Science Officer at Collibra since June 2008 and also serves as a Board Observer and Chief Technology Officer at ZenOptics. Additionally, Pieter is a Board Member at Digita and a Visiting Scientist at the San Diego Supercomputer Center. From January 2017 to January 2022, Pieter contributed as Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University in the City of New York and held the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at Harvard Business School from July 2020 to June 2021. Pieter De Leenheer earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence in 2008 and a Master of Science in Computer Science in 2002, both from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
