Pieter de Leenheer

Pieter De Leenheer is an accomplished technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence and computer science. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at 1upHealth, Inc. since November 2022, Pieter also co-founded Collibra in June 2008, where the role of Chief Science Officer is held. Additional roles include Chief Technology Officer at ZenOptics, Board Member at Spirion and Digita, and Board Observer at ZenOptics. Pieter has invested in startups such as FeatureByte and Intangia and has contributed to academic institutions as a Visiting Scientist at the San Diego Supercomputer Center and Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence and a Master of Science in Computer Science, both from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
