Matthieu Wanecq

Matthieu Wanecq is an experienced management consultant with a career spanning over two decades. Since April 2017, Matthieu serves as President of NDS CONSEIL, specializing in independent management and interim management. Concurrently, Matthieu holds the position of Director at Alvarez & Marsal and is a Member of the InSpirit Community at Spirit Advisors, focusing on operational transformation and measurable results. Matthieu previously worked as Vice President Analyst at Hitachi Consulting from January 2013 to April 2017, following a ten-year tenure in the same role at Celerant Consulting, where leadership in organizational performance assessments was emphasized. Earlier career experience includes a senior consultant role at Performance and Management and a position as a cost controller at Guarro Casas, part of the Arjo Wiggins group, where project management and policy adaptation for the Euro were key responsibilities.
