Arlene Sokolowski

Arlene Sokolowski, Esq. is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in labor relations, employment law, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Compliance at Spirit AeroSystems since January 2015, Arlene has held multiple roles within the company, effectively driving compliance, safety, and security initiatives, while also fostering a high-performance team culture. Prior to this, Arlene's career included significant legal positions at the City of Wichita Kansas, Sindyla Legal Group, Summit County Prosecutor's Office, and Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP. Arlene holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, an MBA from Newman University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Akron.
