Curtis Richardson serves as a Technical Fellow at Spirit AeroSystems, leading strategic initiatives in manufacturing technology to enhance efficiency through Knowledge Based Manufacturing, Adaptive Automation, and Dynamic Inventory Controls. With a career at Spirit AeroSystems starting in 2005, Curtis has also held the position of Associate Technical Fellow, focusing on automation technology, and served as Team/Technology Leader for robotic systems development. In addition to contributions at Spirit, Curtis was the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Robotic Industries Association and the founding President of the Great Plains Robotics Alliance, promoting automation initiatives in the Wichita area. Curtis's earlier experience includes significant roles at The Boeing Co., establishing robotics laboratories and developing advanced robotic systems. Curtis holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University.
