Kelley Gross

Kelley Gross has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Executive Senior Director and General Manager of Oklahoma Operations at Spirit AeroSystems since May 2005. In various senior roles, Kelley has overseen operations for several significant aircraft programs, including the 737, 747, 777, and 787 programs. Prior experience at Boeing from 1987 to 2005 includes positions such as Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Product Line Manager, with a focus on assembly and engineering. Kelley holds an Executive MBA and a master's degree in Sports Administration from Wichita State University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Education from Washburn University.
