Mohamed Assafar

Mohamed Assafar has a diverse work experience. Mohamed is currently the Head of HR, Environment, Health and Safety, Facilities, and building at Spirit AeroSystems since November 2020. Before that, they worked at BOMBARDIER as the Director of HR, HSE, and Facilities from February 2016 to October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR at Faurecia, where they played a key role in establishing FAURECIA Technopolis Rabat and implementing various training programs. Mohamed also had managerial positions at North Africa Bottling Company/Coca-Cola, where they supervised recruitment processes and was responsible for training and development. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Auditor and Consultant at FIDUMAC.

Mohamed ASSAFAR earned a Master 2 in Economie, Droit et Finance from iaelyon School of Management from 2007 to 2009. Mohamed also obtained a Master 2 in Finance et contrôle from HEM - Business & Engineering School from 2004 to 2009. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Gestion des ressources humaines from Ecole internationale de management de Paris (EIMP). Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Manager Coach from MAROC DEVENIR /ESPACE RELIANCE in 2015, Analyse Transactionnelle from BMH Coach in 2012, and Coach Praticien -Cies Prat- from Lead Coach Institut - Convergence Conseil- in 2012.
