R.khairul Iskandar

R.Khairul Iskandar has an extensive background in operations and program management within the aerospace and composites industries, with significant experience at Spirit AeroSystems since July 2014, where R.Khairul serves as a Senior Operations Manager for Boeing Program Operations and previously as an Operations Manager. Prior roles include Factory Manager at Evapco Composites Malaysia, overseeing safety, maintenance, and production, as well as various leadership positions at Composite Technology Research Malaysia (CTRM), where responsibilities encompassed equipment performance, maintenance, and overseeing key CNC processes for Airbus and Boeing programs. R.Khairul's early career included positions at Eagle Aircraft Malaysia as Team Leader for composite parts production. Education includes ongoing studies at UOL and degrees in Manufacturing Management from both ATC/UUM and Open University Malaysia.
