Ray Lagpacan

Ray Lagpacan has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Ray has held various leadership positions in different companies, focusing on transforming cultures, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, and HR strategy. Ray'sexperience includes working in aerospace, manufacturing, and automotive industries. Ray has successfully led HR activities in both small and large teams, bringing about positive employee culture and engagement. Ray Lagpacan's most recent role is Senior Manager of Human Resources at Spirit AeroSystems, where they are responsible for the CAO, Finance, and Legal Organizations.

Ray Lagpacan holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Arts and Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2019, Ray obtained a certification as a Personal Leadership Program Facilitator from The Living Leader. In 2021, Ray became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach certified by Gallup.
