Steve Chua

Steve Chua is an experienced leader in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Global MRO General Manager at Spirit AeroSystems since May 2022. Previously, Steve held the position of Managing Director for Global MRO at TOPCAST, where the focus was on driving strategic growth through repair capabilities and OEM distribution integration. Prior roles include Director for Composite Repair Center Development at Guangzhou Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd., Vice President of Program Management and Business Development at Triumph Product Support, and various positions at NORDAM, which involved managing assets and supply chain operations. Steve Chua holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management from the University of Wollongong and diplomas in Industrial Engineering and Industrial & Operations Engineering from PSB Academy and Ngee Ann Polytechnic, respectively.
