Adam Smith

Adam Smith, CMA, is a Senior Internal Auditor at Spirit Airlines since June 2022, previously serving as an Internal Field Auditor at Sherwin-Williams from September 2020 to June 2022. Adam's early experience includes an Accounting Internship at Parker Hannifin in 2019, where 75 internal audit tests were conducted, and monthly scorecards were created for eight manufacturing plants. At STERIS Corporation, an Accounting Intern role involved analyzing lease documents per ASC 842 and assisting the finance team. Adam also led as a Country Captain in the Ohio University Global Consulting Program in Italy, managing eight international teams and consulting for a local company. Earlier, a Team Leader at Aladdin Rents managed a small team and trained new employees. Adam earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Pre-Law from Ohio University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting and Business/Management from Lakeland Community College.
