Linde Grindle

Linde Grindle currently serves as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Spirit Airlines, where responsibilities include realigning HR strategy amid a merger and leading a team of over 100 HR professionals. Previously, Linde contributed as a CHRO Board Member for the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) and held multiple roles at Optum, including SVP and Chief Talent Officer, where strategic initiatives focused on talent management, culture, and inclusion. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Human Capital at Optum Global Operations and holding a strategic role at UnitedHealth Group, where Linde drove the transformation of the human capital function. Linde’s educational background includes an Executive Development Certification from Wharton Executive Education and a master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
