Linde Grindle

Linde Grindle has served as our Chief Human Resources Officer since January 2022. In this role, she oversees Spirit’s Human Resources department and attracts, develops, and retains top talent while strengthening Spirit’s culture and driving engagement across the airline.

She has more than two decades of diverse leadership experience at large-scale global organizations. Prior to joining Spirit, Grindle served as Chief Talent Officer at Optum, a health services and innovation company that is part of the UnitedHealth Group. She has also held human resources and change management roles at Cigna and Accenture. Linde earned a Master of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
