Myron Carter

Myron Carter is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruiting and workforce development. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Spirit Airlines, Myron recruits and hires top-tier executive and corporate talent while leading a full-cycle recruiting team. Previous roles include Director of Diversity and Workforce Development and Diversity and High Needs Recruitment Specialist at the Clark County School District, where Myron focused on attracting and retaining diverse talent. Myron also held positions at MGM Resorts International as a Recruiting Programs Consultant and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and in the U.S. Army as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where strategic training and recruiting initiatives enhanced organizational effectiveness.
