Graham Fraser

Graham Fraser is a seasoned professional in turnaround coordination and shutdown delivery, currently serving as the Shutdown Delivery Lead at Spirit Energy since June 2024. Previously, Graham worked at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited as a Turnaround Coordinator, where responsibilities included the planning and execution of complex maintenance turnaround events. Prior to that, extensive experience at Shell as a Turnaround Coordinator involved achieving operational budgets and schedules while fostering strong relationships with engineering teams and contractors. Additionally, Graham held various roles at Wood, including Onshore Turnaround Maintenance Focal Point and Electrical Maintenance Technician, and began a career as an Electrical Apprentice at NG Bailey. Educational credentials include a City & Guilds degree in Electrical Engineering from Leeds College of Technology and an NVQ Level III in Maintaining Plant & Systems.
