Jennifer Leith

Jennifer Leith is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as HR Manager at Spirit Energy since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at KCA Deutag for eight months and spent a decade at Repsol Sinopec Resources UK Limited in various roles, including Organisational Development Partner and Governance & Projects Lead. Earlier experience includes positions at Talisman Energy, Source People Limited, Atlas Interactive Limited, and Aberdeen Journals. Jennifer holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, both from Robert Gordon University.
