Nicholas Riley

Nicholas Riley has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Head of Wells at Spirit Energy since March 2019, and previously held the position of Well Operations Manager. Prior to that, Nicholas worked at EnQuest from March 2011 to April 2023 in various roles, including Well Operations Manager, Drilling Superintendent, and Wells Planning Team Lead. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Drilling Engineer at SPD from October 2007 to March 2011 and as a Senior Technical Professional at Halliburton from October 2001 to September 2007. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Master of Science (MSc) in Process Analytics from Newcastle University.
