Dennis Dealessandro

Dennis DeAlessandro is a seasoned facilities and store development manager currently overseeing the retail store life-cycle for over 300 Spirit Halloween locations since April 2018. His role involves collaborating with store and district managers, along with contractors, to identify problems, develop solutions, and ensure budget adherence through meticulous cost management. Prior to this position, Dennis spent over two decades at Toys"R"Us, where Dennis advanced through various roles, including store planning manager and space planner, contributing to the development of over 100 stores and managing critical projects. His career began at Grand Union Supermarket as a front end supervisor. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Seton Hall University.
