Michael Berger

Michael Berger is a seasoned retail professional with extensive experience in merchandising and business initiatives. Currently serving as the Senior Director of New Business Initiatives at Spirit Halloween since August 2023, Michael previously held multiple roles at Christmas Tree Shops from February 2017 to July 2023, including Divisional Merchandise Manager overseeing various departments and Senior Buyer for garden products. Prior to that, Michael spent nearly nine years at Macy's, where responsibilities included roles as Omni Buyer for designer jewelry and various merchandise buying positions. Earlier career experience includes positions at Total Wine & More and Hecht's Department Stores. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Penn State University.
