Jean-Pierre Comtet

Jean-Pierre COMTET is an experienced professional in program management within the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Directeur des Programmes at SPIRIT since August 2023, Jean-Pierre previously held the same title at Kaufman & Broad, overseeing the Lyon/Dijon agency with an annual revenue of €60 million. Jean-Pierre's extensive career includes significant roles at Bouygues Immobilier, where responsibilities included managing a team and a portfolio of 700 residential units, as well as leading up to five projects simultaneously. Prior positions include technical leadership at BPD Marignan and VINCI Construction, where expertise in project planning, execution, and quality assurance was established. Jean-Pierre holds a DUT in Génie Civil from IUT Lyon 1, completed between 1985 and 1987.
