Ben Andrews

Ben Andrews has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources spanning over a decade. Ben held various roles at different companies, starting as an HR Advisor at ASCO Group in 2007. Ben then worked at Port of Felixstowe as a Senior HR Officer before moving on to WNS Assistance as a VP of Human Resources. Ben later joined AXA Commercial Lines as an HR Consultant and later as an HR Business Partner. Ben then transitioned to AXA Insurance UK as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they worked closely with the executive members to develop and implement HR strategies. Most recently, Ben worked at Greene King, where they held positions like Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR for Pub Partners and Corporate, and HR Director for Group, Partnerships, and Ventures. Through these roles, Ben gained expertise in building and delivering HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Ben Andrews attended Orwell High School from 1993 to 1996. Ben then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management at University Campus Suffolk from 2003 to 2006. Ben'sfield of study was Human Resources Management and Services.
