Charlie Gale

Charlie Gale has a diverse work experience history spanning over 20 years, starting as a Planning Supervisor at Waring and Netts in 2001. Charlie then held roles such as Building Surveyor at The Stephen Barker Partnership, Chartered Building Surveyor at Davis Langdon, and Assets and Operations Manager at Liverpool and Sefton Health Partnership. Moving into the pub industry, they became a Senior Consultant at Capita Symonds, Divisional Property Manager at Enterprise Inns plc, Operations Director at Hawthorn Leisure Limited, and most recently an Investment Manager at Star Pubs & Bars. In 2023, Charlie transitioned to the role of Investment Director - PUV at Greene King. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on property management, capital investment, and operational growth.

Charlie Gale completed a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from 1998 to 2001. Charlie then pursued an MBA in Construction and Real Estate from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications as MRICS and FRICS and completed a PGDipProjMan course. Finally, they achieved the status of Chartered Building Surveyor & Chartered Valuation Surveyor in 2015.
