Frank-Paul Sampino

Frank-Paul Sampino has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on asset management and acquisitions. Frank-Paul is currently serving as the Senior Director at Spirit Realty Capital, Inc, where they lead an asset management team responsible for a diverse portfolio across various property types. In their previous role as the Director of Asset Management at Spirit, they successfully developed a new platform focused on high-volume acquisitions. Prior to joining Spirit, Frank-Paul worked as a Senior Analyst in Asset Management at Bank OZK, where they gained exposure to various asset classes and managed over $1.6 billion in balance sheet loans. Frank-Paul began their career as an Asset Manager at Lordae Properties, where they gained experience in leasing, financing, acquisitions, and collections.

Frank-Paul Sampino graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Frank-Paul then pursued further education at the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their degrees, Sampino also holds additional certifications. In March 2017, they received the Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. Prior to that, in February 2017, they became ARGUS Enterprise Certified from ARGUS Software.
