Matt Kuc

Matt Kuc has a variety of work experience in the real estate and finance industries. Matt began their career as an intern at THF Realty in 2012, followed by an internship at The Staenberg Group in 2013. In the same year, they also worked as a Finance Instructor at the University of Missouri. From 2014 onwards, Matt joined Spirit Realty Capital, Inc and held several roles, starting as an Acquisition Analyst and progressing to Credit and Underwriting Associate, Senior Associate, and finally becoming the Credit and Underwriting Manager. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Asset Management.

Matt Kuc's education history includes earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Real Estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Matt attended this university from 2009 to 2012. Later, from 2013 to 2014, Matt pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
