Terry Shade

Terry Shade has extensive experience in leadership roles within healthcare and service organizations, particularly in elderly care. Since May 1985, Terry has served as President of SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice, where responsibilities include overseeing agency operations and strategic vision development. Additionally, since November 2008, Terry has held the position of President at SpiriTrust Lutheran LIFE, focusing on the development and operational oversight of a program that provides all-inclusive care for the elderly. Prior roles at Lutheran Social Services included Vice President with a focus on research and development for the LIFE program and various leadership positions at Lutheran Home Care & Hospice, which encompassed operational and financial management responsibilities. Terry's background also includes positions such as Graduate Assistant at Shippensburg University and Assistant Comptroller at Nassaux-Hemsley, Inc. Terry holds an MBA from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bucknell University.
