Devon Belter

Devon Belter has a diverse work experience in various marketing and communications roles. They began their career in 2012 as a Public Relations Intern at Five Acres. In 2013, they worked as a Fashion Editorial for Bollare, followed by a role as Public Relations and Marketing at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters from 2011 to 2013. From 2014 to 2019, they held multiple positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Marketing Communications for MAC Cosmetics and Sales & Operations for MAC Cosmetics in the Southwest. In 2019, they became the Marketing Director at BYRD HAIRDO PRODUCTS. In 2021, they joined PLBY Group, Inc. as a Global Marketing Director and later became the Senior Global Marketing Director until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Global Brand Director at Spirits Investment Partners.

Devon Belter earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder in the years 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, Devon attended Mayfield Senior School from 2005 to 2009. Devon also participated in the Oxbridge Academics Program in the field of International Business in 2008.
