Jessica van der Swaagh

Jessica Van der Swaagh serves as a Board Member for both the Eastern CT Workforce Investment Board and the Northeastern CT Chamber of Commerce since January 2024. Jessica brings over a decade of experience as Human Resources Director at SPIROL, where expertise in employee relations, performance management, and policy development is complemented by involvement in manpower and succession planning. Jessica held the position of Corporate Secretary for the Town of Killingly from June 2007 to June 2012, and previously worked as a Paralegal at Cotter, Greenfield, Manfredi & Lenes from March 2003 to November 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, expected to complete in June 2026, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University obtained in 2016.
