Thomas McAdams

Thomas McAdams has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Thomas started their career at Rexnord as a Tool and Die worker, where they set up tooling for production runs. Thomas then moved on to Exacto Spring, where they served as a Cleanroom Manufacturing Supervisor, managing cleanroom builds and overseeing secondary operations. After that, they joined Trinity Biomedical as the General Manager, specializing in medical device assembly and wire forming products. During their time there, they also ensured the company's compliance with ISO certifications. Most recently, Thomas worked at Spiros Industries, where they progressed from Senior Sales Account Manager to Sales Engineering Manager, and finally to Director of Sales Engineering. Their role at Spiros involved leading and managing sales engineering teams, and contributing to the company's reputation for quality manufacturing.

Thomas McAdams has a background in business administration and management as well as tool and die technology. Thomas attended MRA - The Management Association for a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Thomas also studied Tool and Die Technology at Milwaukee Area Technical College. In addition to their education, Thomas has obtained several certifications, including ISO13485 Internal Auditor, ISO9001 Internal Auditor, TS16949 Internal Auditor, Frontline Leadership - 6 program certifications, Clean room quality control techniques, Clean room construction, Clean room manufacturing techniques, and QS 9000 Internal Auditor.
