Caroline Palm

Caroline Palm is an experienced HR leader and consultant with over 10 years of expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives on a global scale. Currently serving as Interim Chief HR Officer at Adapteo Group and HR Consultant & Coach at Growth Stories AB since August 2022, Caroline also co-founded and serves as CEO of Spirri AB, a global matchmaking platform in holistic health. Previous roles include Chief People & Culture Officer at VOI Technology and Chief HR Officer at LeoVegas Group, where Caroline contributed to the growth of prominent technology and mobility companies. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in HR at Sdiptech AB, Serendipity Group AB, and Net1, along with a foundational role in establishing HR functions at PerformIQ. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, both from Mälardalen University.
