Karsten Boden

Karsten Boden is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and project management. Currently serving as Pflegedirektor at Spital Uster since May 2023, Karsten previously held positions at Kantonsspital Aarau AG from October 2018 to May 2023, including Projektleiter CEO and Director of Nursing and MTTD. At University Hospital Zürich, Karsten worked from November 2009 to September 2018 as Head of Nursing at the Department of Head and Neuro. Prior to that, Karsten was a Project Manager at University Hospital Basel from April 2008 to January 2010, focusing on the coordination of a new child hospital. Karsten holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Corporate Development from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, completed between 2004 and 2006.
