Andrew Battersby has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked at Spitfire Network Services Ltd since July 2006 as a Core IP Network Manager. Prior to that, Andrew served as a Provisioning Technician at Fujitsu from May 2001 to July 2006. Andrew has a strong background in providing support for customers, agents, and BT, handling IT support, billing support, and back office administration on a daily basis.
