Erik Heiberg is currently the Head of Global Marketing at Splash Damage, a position held since August 2022. In addition to this role, Erik is the Founder of GAMESAY, a video game data project started in August 2020, which emerged during the Covid quarantine. Erik has previously served as Head of Growth at Scopely from June 2021 to August 2022 and held several positions at Athlon Games, Inc., including Director of Global Brand Management & Consumer Insights and Senior Global Brand Manager from July 2018 to June 2021. Erik's experience also includes a role as Global Brand Manager at 505 Games from March 2016 to July 2018, Manager of Brand Strategy at Awesomeness, and an MBA Associate at The Walt Disney Studios. Early career highlights include producing 17 movies and one mini-series for Crown Media Family Networks. Erik holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has participated in exchange programs at Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, and WASEDA Business School.
