Martyn Sibley

Martyn Sibley has extensive experience in quality assurance and leadership roles within the gaming industry. Martyn started their career at Electronic Arts in 2000 as a Technical Compliance Lead, before moving on to SEGA Europe as a Standards Lead in 2008. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at Microsoft as a Quality Leader, focusing on team leadership, effective partnerships, scalable solutions, and remote management. Most recently, they served as a Director of QA at Room 8 Group before becoming the Head of Quality Assurance at Splash Damage in 2023. Their experience includes managing compliance testing, resource requirements, and customer expectations, as well as implementing quality processes and solutions for various gaming platforms.

Martyn Sibley attended Teddington School from 1989 to 1994. Martyn obtained a certification in ISTQB/ISEB from QBIT, but the specific year of completion is not provided.
