Quynh Nhu Mai

Quynh Nhu Mai has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2008, they worked in marketing, PR, and design for various companies in Southern California. In 2012, they joined LinkedIn as a Recruiting Associate, specializing in technical recruitment. In 2013, they moved on to Uber, where they started as a Recruiter for operations and university, eventually becoming a Program Manager for Recruiting Operations and then a Manager of Recruiting. At Uber, they were involved in key projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and manage executive stakeholders. In 2019, Quynh joined BetterUp as a Manager of Recruiting Operations, and later took on the role of Director of Talent Acquisition. Quynh Nhu also served as an Advisor for BetterUp's recruiting leadership team. Currently, they are the Director of Talent at Splash Financial, where they are responsible for building HR and People programs, managing headcount and the recruiting team, and handling all employee relations. Throughout their career, Quynh has gained expertise in various aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, training, and program implementation.

Quynh Nhu Mai has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from UC San Diego. In addition, they have also obtained a certification as a Certified Corporate Sponsored Life Coach from Corporate Sponsored Coach Training in July 2021.
