Kate Addy

Kate Addy is an experienced journalist and editor currently serving as an Associate Editorial Content Editor at Splash News since March 2020. Prior roles at Splash News included Sales Assistant and Evening Picture Desk Assistant. Previously, Kate contributed as a writer for Platform Magazine, producing song and gig reviews, and conducted interviews and photography at the Dot to Dot Festival in 2018. Earlier experience includes reporting for CBJ Target, Barnsley Chronicle, Yorkshire Evening Post, and Newark Advertiser, where responsibilities ranged from writing news stories and video packages to managing tight deadlines and enhancing audience reach through SEO and social media.
