Austin Reason

Austin Reason has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Austin is currently serving as the Director of Solutions / Customer Success at SplashBI, a BI platform that provides pre-built analytics solutions. Previously, they worked as the President of the Gulf Region OAUG / Florida OAUG, a user group dedicated to increasing knowledge and understanding of Oracle application products. Austin also held the position of Vice President at HCMS Partners, specializing in implementations and support of the Oracle HCM Suite. Additionally, Austin has experience as the Director of Consulting Sales at Consulting Solutions International and EiS Technologies, where they focused on Oracle Cloud, Fusion, Taleo, and EBS implementations. Austin also worked as an Independent Consultant and held various roles at Wellington Consulting, Oracle HCM Users Group (OHUG), iSAM Global Inc, and PeopleSource Services.
