Sarah Hay

Sarah Hay is the Admin Manager at Splash, a position they have held for several years. Prior to their current role, Sarah was with Splash Shack & TLDSolutions. Sarah also has experience working in financial administration, overseeing accounts payable for various companies. Sarah is highly skilled in reorganizing finance departments and has developed various tools to improve productivity and automatize tasks. Sarah also has experience in training management, designing and creating templates, and overseeing international payroll for 400 employees. Sarah has received recognition for their efforts in process improvements and is an overall asset to any team they are a part of.

Sarah Hay earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they majored in Accounting and Business/Management.
