Tarika Wickremeratne

Tarika Wickremeratne is the current General Manager at Splash. Tarika has over 10 years of experience in the industry, starting their career as a Senior Account Manager at Pureprofile in 2011. In 2017, they joined Cicada Innovations as Head of Operations & Communications and was responsible for setting up and implementing processes for the successful delivery and scalability of Cicada Accelerator Programs. Tarika left Cicada Innovations in 2021 to join Splash as their General Manager.

Tarika Wickremeratne has a Master of Arts in Development Studies from UNSW and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney. Tarika has a background in Art Tarika'story, Gender Studies, Film Studies, Spanish, and Development Studies.

Their manager is Stephen Phillips, CEO. They are on a team with Angus Turner - ML Tech Lead, Jason Maundrell - Product Owner, and Lex Toumbourou - Chief Technology Officer.
