About the Role

As a Product Lead at our Melbourne location, you will lead our initiatives in product sales and customer engagement. This crucial role not only demands strategic oversight but also a hands on approach in managing product offerings and training teams to excel in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance product sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team focused on selling and managing our product lines.
  • Conduct product training sessions and ensure that all team members are expertly versed in our offerings.
  • Monitor and optimize customer interactions and transactions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate actively in developing customer centric strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine our product offerings.
  • Work closely with the Melbourne operation team to ensure optimal onboarding experiences for all customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and processes, particularly in areas impacting product management and customer interactions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management or sales within a service-oriented sector.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving product sales targets.
  • Excellent training and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with a diverse range of clients and team members.
  • Proficient in CRM software, with a strong grasp of data analysis tools to support decision-making.
  • Strategic thinker with robust planning, organization and execution skills.
  • Comfortable commuting to our South Melbourne hub
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license
  • Available to work on a rotating Saturday roster (with a day in lieu the week following)
