Alex Hofmann

Alex Hofmann is the Head of Compliance & Co-Founder at Splint Invest. Prior to this, they were the Digital product commercialization leader at PwC Switzerland from December 2019 to March 2022. Alex was also Growth Manager and CISO at Systemorph - Revolutionary Financial Data Management from July 2019 to December 2019. Alex has also served as the President and Head of Vertex GRC Switzerland from January 2017 to June 2019. Alex was also the Owner and Management Consultant at Hofco AB from March 2016 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were the GRC Technology Service Leader at Transcendent Group from June 2013 to March 2016.

Alex Hofmann has a Lic.rer.pol. (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Bern, as well as an Erasmus Exchange in International management, Russian and Baltic Economics from Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku. Alex also has an Eidgenössische Maturität in Wirtschaftsmatura from Kantonsschule Zug.
