Marek Grygier

Marek Grygier has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Marek started their career at Shopgate Inc. in 2013, where they worked as an Integration Manager and later as an IT Project Consultant. In 2016, they joined Splio as a Project Manager and subsequently became a Consultant. In 2018, Marek co-founded Remote-how, Inc., where they served as a Co-Founder and later as the Chief Operating Officer. Remote-how is a company that offers learning, mentoring, and consulting services for remote team management, as well as certification programs for managers and HR professionals. Marek also co-founded the Remote-first.Institute in 2022 and currently holds the role of Co-Founder and COO in addition to their role as the Interim Head of Group Billing at Splio.

Marek Grygier holds a Master's degree in Management in Virtual Environment from Kozminski University, which they obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Economic-Managerial Studies from the University of Warsaw, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Marek also completed the Remote-how Academy for Managers program offered by Remote-how, Inc. in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the certification in Distributed Management from Remote-how, Inc. in November 2019, and they completed the course "Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide" from LinkedIn in June 2022.
