Kristin Vines

Kristin Vines is the current Chief People Officer at Split. Prior to joining the company, Vines worked as an Advisor at Directly from January 2019 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the entire Human Resources, Office Services and Information Technology departments at the Kristin'spanic Scholarship Fund. Vines was also a member of Executive Leadership team setting strategic direction and making decisions for the entire organization.

Before their role at Directly, Vines worked as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Intuit from May 2012 to November 2018. In this role, they were a Human Resources Leader and Executive for Global Customer Success, Business Operations, Risk and Policy and US Sales for the Small Business Self Employed Group (SBSEG) with responsibility for delivery across all SBSEG products from a global workforce of over 9000.

Kristin Vines has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Kristin also has certification from the International Coaching Federation and ChoicePoint Consulting in Certified Executive Coach and Quantum Coaching.
