Olena Kovalova

Olena Kovalova has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Olena started their career as a Recruiter at Waverley Software, followed by a Human Resources Generalist role at Gentleware Ukraine and Source Angel. In 2018, they joined MacPaw Inc. as a Recruiter and was responsible for the recruitment process of technical and non-technical vacancies. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at CompliT and a People Operations & Recruitment Team Lead at BETER, where they gathered, trained, and mentored the recruiting team, hired over 380 employees, designed and implemented hiring policy, initiated and created a business intelligence system for HR, defined team's KPIs, made a hiring budgeting and planning, created and maintained HR space in Confluence, and conducted employer brand activities. Olena Kovalova is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at SplitMetrics.

Olena Kovalova obtained a Master's Degree in Psychology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University in 2013. Olena also holds an EFSET Upper Intermediate (CEFR B2) certification from EF Education First.
