Brian Roberts

Brian Roberts is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Splunk. With 30 years of financial expertise, he has led financial operations and corporate development strategies at some of the most recognized brands in the technology and consumer industries. Prior to joining Splunk, Brian served as CFO of Ozone Networks, Inc. (d/b/a OpenSea). Prior to that, he served as CFO of Lyft, Inc for seven years. He also held corporate development leadership roles at Microsoft and Walmart Global eCommerce, and spent over a dozen years as an investment banker. Brian holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
