Kendra Stumbos

Kendra joined SPMB in 2018 to support the firm’s growing Digital Health, Wellness, and Life Sciences practice. Her primary focus is identifying and placing best-in-class executive talent with our clients—some of the world’s most innovative and transformational health-tech companies.

Kendra has always been passionate about the health space. In college, she received her EMT certification which she utilized while volunteering in a hospital in Haiti. Kendra also spent a summer shadowing a cardiologist and observed a heart transplant from inside the OR. This interest in healthcare stems from Kendra’s volunteer experience. For the past 8 years, she has spent part of her summer volunteering at a camp in Northern California for people with mental and physical disabilities. Kendra also works closely with Best Buddies International—a nonprofit organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities— by serving on their Sponsorship Committee for the Bay Area Friendship Walk and by leading SPMB’s company-wide volunteer work with Best Buddies.

Prior to joining SPMB, Kendra earned a B.S. in Neuroscience from USC. After graduating, she worked as an Analyst at a healthcare consulting firm in San Francisco.
