Bradley "BJ" Schweikart has worked in various roles since 2002. Bradley "BJ" began their career as a Bartender at Romano's Macaroni Grill in 2002, where they provided excellent customer service, managed cash receivables, improved efficiency to increase company profit, and demonstrated strong communication skills. In 2007, they became the Resident Manager at the University of Missouri, where they were responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the building, advising residents with problems, promoting safe, comfortable living and learning environments, and responding and assisting in emergencies and residential life policy violations. In 2011, they were hired as a Project Engineer at AZZ / Central Electric, where they were responsible for reviewing contract specifications, quotes, proposals, and purchase orders to identify design requirements and to ensure technical accuracy and appropriate pricing, as well as developing design schedules for each project and monitoring progress. In 2013, they were hired as a Process / Quality Assurance Engineer at AZZ Incorporated, where they were responsible for monitoring the monthly metric programs, monitoring Non-Conformance Reports, maintaining the Quality Management System, training employees on the ISO program fundamentals, and more. In 2016, they were hired as a Continuous Improvement / Quality Engineer II at ABB, where they were responsible for performing various functions such as analysis, design, development, testing, installation, and service of distribution transformers, developing strategies and facilitating implementation of improvements to maximize efficiency of manufacturing, design and other business processes, and maintaining the Quality Management System and related quality records and procedures. In 2019, they were hired as a Senior Quality Engineer at Hubbell Incorporated. Finally, in 2021, they were hired as a Quality Assurance Manager at SPOC Automation, where they were responsible for establishing quality regulations for products and employees, analyzing data to develop plans to motivate and encourage employees while striving to improve processes and product quality, and using a variety of skills, such as project design, leadership, and management to ensure performance and process development.
Bradley "BJ" Schweikart has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri College of Engineering, obtained between 2005 and 2009. Bradley "BJ" also holds a Masters of Data Science & Analytics from the University of Missouri-Columbia, obtained between 2018 and 2021. In addition, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from ABB, obtained in August 2018, as well as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer certification from ASQ, obtained in January 2016.
